REDCO-USA, LLC STANDARD TRADING TERMS
Payments:
To enable us to keep our prices low all transactions are cash or credit card with order. We accept all major credit cards or electronic cash transfers. Only approved accounts in good standing can charge goods to their account and only with a company issued purchase order.
Damaged Merchandise:
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturer Defects:
If a product appears to have a manufacturing defect, email us at sales@redco-usa.com or call (888) 421-7288 for instructions. Do not return Items to us without first receiving instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufacturing defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.
Return Merchandise Policy:
Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. For questions about returning merchandise please e-mail: sales@redco-usa.com to submit a request to our Return Department. The return of non-defective merchandise when authorized may incur a 20% re-stocking fee. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written on the box.
After a return is authorized by our return department:
1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
2. Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.
3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Prices to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct typographical and printing errors. We have done our best to ensure that all information on this site is accurate and up-to-date. Any particular item may become unexpectedly out of stock, we reserve the right to send money back if this does happen for whatever the reason. Errors and omissions occasionally occur and are subject to correction. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.
Freight charges
You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments which include shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
Taxes
Applicable State of South Carolina sales tax plus any local or county tax unless exemption certificates are provided to REDCO USA, LLC.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on common carrier LTL Ground shipping rates. Because of size limitations next day delivery is only available on certain products. Please check with us for details.
